Ellis provides the least total cost and best value, in black and white, on paper. Our services pay for themselves in real dollars. We monitor that and we'll discuss it with you if that ever happens. And you gain competitive edge  

For products other than tax returns, 0ur financial model is retainer + monthly fees as negotiated, but we're so confident we'll succeed we'll happily consider include equity in our compensation package. However, we only work with clients that offer C level access.

For tax returns, here are our minimums. We're sure you will find them very reasonable. Of course, as the complexity increases, so does the price.

Personal returns 

Starting at - $440

With schedule one C starting at - $915
With schedule E rental starting at - $915

With both C and E starting - $1,355.

Low volume business returns

Businesses doing less than $25,000 a year start at $730 plus fees and/or costs incurred.

Retainers

Individual returns - $440.

New Entity formation

Family partnerships - $300.

Engagement Letters
A signed engagement letter is required with every engagement. This is required by the American Institute of CPA's and it clarifies our agreement what we'll do and what you'll do.
