We operate behind-the-scenes in the background, over the internet.  We save them buckets of time, because, once we are set up, we require almost no information from the client.  They never hear from us until they get their reports.

Behind-the-Scenes

The way record keeping and bookkeeping normally works is this.  When the bills come in, you give them to the bookkeeper to pay.  When the bank statement comes in you give it to the bookkeeper to do bank reconciliations.  When they have a question or need something, they ask you. 

The way our Behind-the-Scenes services works is different.  First we get "look only" authorization on all of your bank accounts and all of your credit cards.  We access that to perform record keeping and bookkeeping without troubling you.  If we need to know something, the first thing we do is google it up.  If that doesn't answer our question, we send you an email asking a question such as, "What is Pleasure Palace."  At your convenience, you respond, "A gas station."  We record that as a gas purchase and proceed.
